T&C's

Non-returnable deposit of £70 to be made on booking to secure date. Remainder of payment to be made 14 days before event.

Equipment is too heavy for stairs. We will need access to a lift or ramp. No refund will be issued if we turn up to the venue & these are not available. (Also applies if the lift is out of action & we haven't been informed)

Additional Information

Events past 11pm require a £30 per 30 mins late premium.

We do not work past midnight.

Travel - we are based around Bedfordshire. Any venue within Bedfordshire, the travel is included. Any venue 20 miles out from this will be subject to charge. This will be £20 extra for every 10 miles past this area.

USB's can be purchased to capture all your pictures & videos for £20 (Charge doesn't apply to the audio guestbook, where the USB is included)

Video's from the 360 video booth, will be sent via email or message (how you receive them will be discussed before)

Cancellations

More than 72 hours notice, you will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.

Less than 72 hours notice, you will receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit.

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
